Calmrep is designed to keep your training data under your control. This page explains what data the app uses and how that data is handled.

What Calmrep stores

Calmrep stores the information needed to power the app, such as workouts, programs, exercise history, readiness entries, journal notes, and body metrics you choose to log.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your Apple account and available for Calmrep, your app data may also sync through Apple’s private CloudKit infrastructure so it stays consistent across your own devices.

Apple Health

Health data access is optional. If you grant permission, Calmrep may read or write the Health data types you approve, such as workouts or body weight. Health access can be changed at any time in Apple’s settings.

Notifications

Calmrep may send local notifications for workout reminders, streak alerts, or sync-related status when you enable those features. Notification settings can be managed in iOS.

No ads or third-party marketing trackers

Calmrep is not built around advertising. The app does not use ad networks or marketing trackers.

No account required

You do not need to create a Calmrep account to use the app.

Deleting your data

You can remove app data by deleting the app and managing any related iCloud app data in your Apple device or iCloud settings if sync has been enabled.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated over time to reflect product or platform changes. The latest version will always be published here.
